Q: I am a new customer. How do I ship an item through your warehouse in Blaine, WA to Vancouver Island?

Q: My package arrived at your warehouse in Blaine, WA a few days ago, but I have not heard from Express Air International yet. What should I do?

A: When a customer's package is sent to our Blaine, WA warehouse, sometimes it is missing "C/O Express Air International" in the address. In order to transport your item into Canada, we need to know that you are a customer of Express Air International.

Please give us a call at 250-656-1411 or send us an email at info@expressairinternational.com and we can check if your item is at our warehouse in Blaine. Once we know that you are our customer, we will transport your item into Canada on our next delivery!

Also, if you are a new customer, please e-mail or call us with your name, address, and phone number so we can let you know when your item arrives!
